THE MAIN METHODOLOGICAL PROVISIONS AND METHODOLOGY OF FORENSIC INSPECTION OF MANUSCRIPTS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE GRAPHIC COMPOSITION

Abstract:
The article discusses the main methodological provisions and methodology of forensic inspection of manuscripts of foreign language graphic composition. It is expressed that depending on the type, type, subspecies (language), calligraphic style of writing, foreign manuscripts are characterized by the specifics of the graphic composition. The variety of its indicators corresponds to many objects and tasks of forensic handwriting, the solution of which is relevant and depends on innovations in the methodological field. It is concluded that the general level structure of the process of forensic identification examination of foreign manuscripts is characteristic of solving problems related to the study of texts, brief records and signatures. The specificity of these objects is the composition, volume, conditions of the implementation is reflected in the private content of expert actions at the levels of preliminary and detailed comprehensive linguistic and forensic research studies (qualitative-descriptive, quantitative), the design of the results of the examination.
