The problem of protection of victims’ rights occupies a special position in philosophy of justice. It is obvious that the main purpose of justice is a punishment of an individual who broke the state law. However, justice can’t be considered as delivered if victims’ rights and legal interests were not observed during its execution. Besides, the analysis of articles of the RF Code of Criminal Procedure related to victim’s rights proves that, to some extent, they don’t comply with the basic law of the country i.e. the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
