Статья посвящена уголовно-правовым мерам профилактики коррупции в государствах — участниках СНГ. Рассматриваются основные проблемы правовой регламентации и осуществления названных мер в России и других странах Содружества, предлагаются возможные пути решения этих проблем.
The article is devoted to the criminal law measures of corruption prevention in the CIS member countries. The author analyzes major problems of legal regulation and implementation of the mentioned measures in Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and offers possible ways of their solution.
