The article represents the analysis of provisions of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation when revising court rulings according to new or newly discovered circumstances in view of the Decree of the Plenary Assembly of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of June 30 th, 2011 No. 52 as revised in the Decree of the Plenary Assembly of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of March 23 rd, 2012 No. 12. The authors determine prospective ways of solving problems related to the protection of constitutional and legal interests of participants in the proceedings.
