Abstract (English):
The safety precautions with firearms are presented in the paper. Practical value of safety precautions with firearms, elimination of lag time are defined. The author pays attention to the necessity of professional and refresher courses, material resources proficiency, tactic-technical characteristics of the organic manual shooting weapon and safety precautions with firearms. Defining of the safety precautions and observance of them while using the firearms are the main criteria of value on firearms efficiency. The author analyses the quantity of «loss» among the law enforcement officers about 50% (non official data) because of firearms careless handling and the elimination of lag time while serving. The classification of safety precautions with the organic manual shooting weapon while serving is made. The safety precautions algorithm in any possible cases is formed. All possible safety precautions are described: when cleaning, greasing, carrying and transportation of weapon.
