Abstract (English):
The article reveals the question of the sustainability of the system of the management of the Interior bodies in emergency circumstances. The experience of last local wars and armed confrontations are analyzed. The author examines the last failures and makes proposals to eliminate the mentioned failings. The main task of these operations is the neutralization of all the members in armed illegal formations or explosive clearance. The author focused on the components of the successful operation: the highest commitment to action; chose of the most efficient means of acting; covert maneuvers; constant management of the means and forces; maintaining the collaboration with the interested departments; providing the most possible security for the staff and citizens in the area of the operation; strict observance of the legality and the high professional level of every officer.
