The modern age requires new approaches to fire training and further improvement of it, because it must correspond to the technological progress and the normative legal base of the country. Fire training is an integral part of the professional training of police officers. Its main task is to give the initial information about the weapons in the arsenal in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to the learners, and to teach them the skills and abilities how to use the weapons. The different categories of employees involves for duty to protect public order who are responsible for the qualitative performance of state tasks, for keeping law order and personal security measures, as well as for the safety of the entrusted weapons and special equipment. At the same time the requirements to the police are the same for everyone regardless of gender, nationality, religion.
