Abstract (English):
The article contemplates prerequisites and possibilities for building a particular criminalistic theory on juvenile delinquency. Particular criminalistic theories are one of basic elements of general criminalistic theory. In relation to the general criminalistic theory structure particular criminalistic theories constitute its contents reflecting separate elements of the criminalistics subject impenetrably intertwined with each other. They represent scientific provisions reflecting cognitive results of objective of reality regularities, constituting the subject of criminalistics and serving as scientific basis for development of scientific means, methods and recommendations with the aim of their use in crime fight. Appearing particular theories can exist being their development, continuation or consequence of integration or differentiation of theoretical knowledge. New particular theories can coexist with former ones occupying its own place in the system of knowledge of the science subject and thus increasing the system’s elements. The latter happens in cases when new particular theories contain knowledge of the previously non-researched sides and elements of the criminalistisc subject.
