Today the mechanisms of opposition and fighting against the criminal actions related to the propagation of pornographic materials by means of computer networks are outdated and not effective enough. According to the investigative practice, in many ways the effectiveness of the investigation of these types of crimes depends on the organization and the conduct of certain investigative actions aimed at establishing and documenting of the evidence base. One of the most important investigative actions of such criminal cases is the interrogation of the suspect. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the organization and the conduct of the interrogation of the suspects in the crimes related to the propagation of pornographic materials by means of mass media and telecommunication networks. The given article deals with the subject of the interrogation, as well as the questions related to the organization and tactical features of the conduct of the investigative action. Paying attention to the practice of investigation of such criminal cases, as well as the specifics of establishing and documenting the evidence base the author focuses on the preparatory stage of the interrogation of the suspect.
