ALGORITHM TO FORM LEADS, WHEN IDENTIFYING AND INVESTIGATING CRIMES, RELATED TO EXTREMISM ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES FUNCTIONING
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
In the context of this article: the issues to form and develop the scientific grounds of algorithmization of investigative activity in domestic forensics are considered; the author's concept of "algorithm to identify and investigate crimes" is formulated; it is determined that interconnected algorithms to form leads, develop leads and plan their checking constitute the structure of the algorithm to identify and investigate crimes related to extremism organizations and communities functioning. Examination of the patterns of criminal activity and the activities to identify and investigate crimes related to extremism organizations and communities functioning made it possible to identify a constructive sequence of actions, when forming leads; the algorithm to form leads, when identifying and investigating crimes, related to extremism organizations and communities functioning is developed. This algorithm includes the following interconnected stages: collecting information, analyzing information, presenting a lead; in addition, it is noted, that this study is only the beginning in the formation of algorithm-criminalistics grounds to identify and investigate crimes related to extremism organizations and communities functioning.
