The article examines legal regulation problems of combating corruption risks in the implementation of national projects of the Russian Federation. The systemic problems have been identified by analysis of cases of violations in the Saratov region, Rostov region and the Chechen Republic: abuses in the field of public procurement, misuse of budget funds, insufficient control mechanisms. The statistical data of certain types of law enforcement activities for the supervision of the observance of legality in this area are analyzed. A set of anti-corruption measures are suggested: adoption of a federal law on national projects, amendment to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with the introduction of special types of offenses, creation of a unified digital management platform, strengthening prosecutorial supervision. The necessity of legislative consolidation of officials’ personal responsibility for failure to achieve target indicators of national projects is substantiated.
