Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the problems of realization of human rights and freedoms in the field of execution of the sentence. It clarifies controversial points related to assignment of the sentence execution stage. In order to reveal the content of the court decision it is recommended to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in particular Article 354.
