Abstract:
Disadvantages of work organization of investigative subdivisions and their connection with the mistakes, made by investigators, are considered. Recommendations on realization of procedural powers of the head of an investigative body, connected with work load distribution between investigators, are given. Proposal for change of p.1 p.1 art. 39 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation is grounded.
