The article focuses on the most important subjective factors related to the specialist’s personality and playing a definite role in criminal investigation and clearance by means of the conduct of forensic examinations. The author emphasizes that overall automatization places special demands on the forensic expert’s personality, that represents a separate factor of criminal investigation and clearance.
