Abstract (English):
The business etiquette is considered to be an economic category. The etiquette at the public service carries out various functions. There can be distinguished the information function, the function of standardization of individual and group behavior models, the function of creating a psychological comfort. The general principles of the modern etiquette observed all over the world form the basis of the public employees’ etiquette. These are the principles of humanism, reasonableness of actions, aesthetic appeal of behavior and respect for traditions of one’s own country and countries with the representatives of which the public employees have to get in touch with.
