In the article the issues of qualifying violent plunder and robbery connected with the differentiation of these notions are considered. The author clarifies the content of special objective and subjective features of the mentioned crimes and suggests criteria for their differentiation. The article contains critical analysis of some theoretical conclusions made by other authors in regard to the content of the notion of attack in the context of robbery and some other basic notions used by a legislator when determining the elements of a crime.
