Abstract (English):
In the scientific article the tactical peculiarities of making search in the conflict situation are described. In particular, the authors lay down a set of rules the observance of which is considered to be reasonable when conducting the mentioned investigative action in the conflict situation. The problem of selecting attesting witnesses is raised. The recommendations on the succession of actions taken by the investigative operative group members and their behavior when conducting the investigative action are given. The tactics of searching several individuals is described. The special attention is paid to recording the mentioned investigative action course and results.
