Abstract (English):
In article the intuition is considered as the major phenomenon of scientific knowledge, including the rights. The author brings to a focus to intuitions as property of the person who are influencing efficiency of activity of workers of law enforcement bodies. The intuition develops capacity at the inspector to think is system, to open essence of the basic interrelations, to make the proper decision at huge volume of the information and complexity of its perception.
