Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the legislation of the Russian Federation that enshrines the delimitation of matters of authority and powers between the Russian Federation and its constituent entities in the sphere of public civil service. The author analyzes various models of delimitation of powers determining a model that is typical for the Russian Federation and considers data from the RF Constitution and other regulatory legal acts related to this issue.
