The article draws attention to the exceptions to the general rule that measures on the use and protection extend to all the lands of the Russian Federation without any withdrawals. The authors prove that there are certain categories and subcategories of lands toward which the legislation doesn’t stipulate any measures on either using or protecting. And this rule doesn’t apply to these categories and subcategories of lands.
