Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the issues of regulatory legal and methodical framework for higher professional education of law enforcement officers in such academic subjects as Speech Culture and The Russian Language in Official Papers. The authors analyze the provisions of federal state educational standards of higher professional education of the third and previous generations as well as local regulatory acts aimed at changing the content of educational programs in the mentioned subjects.
