The article focuses on the narcotization as a threat to national security of the state. In the authors’ opinion, nowadays law enforcement agencies should continually hold preventive arrangements in interaction with civil society institutes in order to provide the constant and unconditional reduction of demand for drugs by the population. It is considered to be an important measure of the state policy in this sphere.
