Abstract (English):
On the basis of the analysis of the existing software tools, generalization and development of the obtained results of the use of information technologies in the educational process, the authors work out a unified approach to creating the information educational environment (IEE) of an institution of higher education, offer its structure and content, and generalize the experience of its use. The article shows the IEE possibilities for all the participants of the educational process and represents the evaluation of its efficiency.
