The article deals with the peculiarities of regulation of activities and competence of one of the most well- known organizations worldwide in the sphere of arbitration resolution of international commercial disputes, i. e. the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Through the example of this organization the author analyzes the WTO principles in terms of their reception in the procedure of resolution of international economic disputes.
