Abstract (English):
The article examines the informational-analytical maintenance of the detective departments, ways of getting the information about the crime: location of the crime scene and the time of commission, identification of the persons committed the crime and other facts help to solve the offence. All the facts and information about the crime must be revealed. The special group formed by the persons using the mobile phones at the crime scene. Nowdays these data are the most for solving felonies. The way of providing operational procedures depends on the source of applying technical means. So, the results of applying technical means must be subjoined to the materials of the crime. It’s necessary to take into consideration the questions about future realization and sources protection from the decoding that change the whole tactic of the arrangements. Described opportunities aren’t applied fully by the operational departments because of the shortage in using the up-to-date technical and informational resources.
