The article demonstrates the questions on fighting with corruption and organized crime in order to determine the meaning and specific of using force, means and methods of detective procedures. Theory and practice of fight with crime shows the necessity of précising traditional notions and terms. Forming of the integrating scientific theories is based on the changed social and economic conditions. The author points the theoretical researches of detective policy are the part of criminal policy in the Russian Federation. It allows to determine the position of the official constitutional authority in the face of the governors on the aims and state strategy in the sphere of state, personal security taking into consideration resources and opportunities of detective procedure. Describing statements have both scientific and practical value.
