The subject-matter of the article is the theoretical-methodological and technological base of professional-applied physical training. The paper deals with the theoretical research in problems of professional activity law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation, connected with the work in emergency circumstances and situations. In the research the author uses theoretical methods: examination, analysis, generalization, content-analysis of the system of administrative documents, regulating military, physical, psychological training of the law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation. The research reveals the theoretical assumptions of the currency the work on the question. The modern state of the professional-applied physical training of the law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation is analyzed and the ways of developing such training program for emergency situation are proposed. The results of the research can be basis for the scientific work, study guide and manuals for training law enforcement officers of the Interior bodies.
