PHYSICAL TRAINING AS A LEADING SECTION OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OF THE INTERIOR BODIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract (English):
The subject-matter is the theoretical-methodological and technological base of projecting the system of management of the professional-applied physical training. In the research the author uses theoretical methods: examination, analysis, generalization, content-analysis of the system of administrative documents, regulating military, physical, psychological training of the law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation. The paper deals with the theoretical research in problems of professional activity law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation. During 2012-2013 the inspections of work of the subunits showed that every third officers was unable to accomplish the set standards in physical training. In case of resisting arrest about 30% of organic manual shooting weapon were stolen from the police officers. Analysis of the results of operational procedures, emergency situations connecting with the doom and injury of police workers showed that training of the ordinary and chief police staff doesn’t meet the requirements. It is necessary to improve the physical training of the ordinary and chief police staff. The author analyses the up-to-date state of the professional-applied physical training of the law enforcement officers of the Interior affairs ministry of the Russian Federation. The results of the research can become a base for the study guide and manuals for training law enforcement officers of the Interior bodies.
