The authors analyze the educational process as a part of subjects in tactic-specialized training of the Interior Bodies staff on the service and operational activity in emergency circumstances. Such activity is expected to form the suggestions for increasing the efficiency of the educational process management with the personal staff of the combined detachment directed to serve at the territory of the North-Caucasus region. Great attention is paid to the operational training of the specialized units directed to the regions of the tense operational circumstances. Several activities are studied: guarding and defense of the moat important personal objects of the Interior Bodies; apprehending criminals, armed offenders, thugs, clearing of hostages and other operations. The recommendations are given on the content of the training programs, forms and methods of teaching (lectures, seminars and practical trainings), field studies, workshops on the proving grounds, in the conditions maximum close to the actual and typical circumstances. The authors study the questions of management of this educational process at the educational organizations of the Interior Affairs Ministry which is most pressing question and requires experimentally sound suggestions for its enhancement.
