This article is devoted to process of self-development of the system of police education in the United States and the formation of its specific national features. The article presents the most important historical events of this process revealed the characteristic of national properties and features of the system of enforcement of U.S. education. This article provides an introduction to the national caused by the features of the education system of the police in the USA, the results of which by now evident in many regions of the world, including in developed zapadnoevropeiskii countries, copy the American model law enforcement and the system of police training, including this tendency is noticeable in recent times and in the modern Russian society. The article provides characteristics of the law enforcement system of American government in comparison with similar systems in Western Europe and in Russia, there are stages of development of the national law enforcement system, the development of which was determined by new tendencies of the socio-political and socio-economic development of the USA. The proposed article to learn foreign experience in the law enforcement field, reflecting the tendencies and directions in which it will be possible to develop in the field of policing and the rule of law in Russia in the future.
