The article discusses some principles of the technical-legal registration of the legal prohibitions. Notes the relevance of the study law-making practice of the establishment of deny orders. Stands out the most acute problems of legislative registration of prohibitions. For example, it indicates a redundant prohibiting the establishment of legal regulations in the individual branches of legislation, inconsistency, the imbalance of the prohibitions of rights and obligations in law. Draws attention to some features of the use of modal logic in the disclosure techniques of fastening of the prohibitions in the law. Offered in the General theory of the right to divide the set of requirements (principles) technical and legal registration of the prohibitions in the law on two groups: requirements due to the overall social regularities prohibitions, and specially-legal requirements, which are defined by the laws of functioning of the legal system. It is concluded that the proposed algorithm technical and legal registration of the prohibitions in the law shall be used in legislative work carefully in view of increased significance set of legal tools that can significantly limit the rights and freedoms of participants in public relations.
