Preparation of police officers to the complex psychological conditions, concomitant use of weapons while on duty is one of the basic means to improve the combat readiness of law enforcement structures. Enforcement bodies require different professional categories, but the core of the leading recruitment service activities of law-enforcement bodies are graduates of educational institutions departmental Russian Interior Ministry. Along with the high professional preparedness discharged military personnel, there are a number of problem areas in this perspective.
