Currently the statistics of using weapons by the police shows that the weapon is mostly used by special persons in the evening and at night. Accordingly the police officers especially those who carry external service, operational units staff, special units staff should have steady skills in dealing with weapons and confidently shoot a handgun in any conditions. The police officer on duty, or if he is performing operational tasks in low lighting or without light, must be prepared to quickly bring a weapon to preparedness, to determine the importance and danger of aim, to fire skillfully, to change the cartridge clip quickly and to skillfully resolve a delay in case of it. Conditions of limited visibility require from the armed policeman resolute and skillful actions with weapons when it needs to be used.
