COMPARATIVE ASPECTS OF BRIBERY CONTRARIETY IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WITH THE LOWEST LEVEL OF CORRUPTION PERCEPTION

Abstract (English):
In the paper it is described the cooperative and legal research of the regulation of corruption crimes in the countries that are characterized by the lowest level of corruption perception. The authors analyze in details features of dispositions and criminal law sanctions for bribery under the laws of Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, and Netherlands. Based on the international and Russian criminal legislation comparative analysis and considering these countries’ positive law making experience, the authors formulate concrete proposals and recommendations to improve criminal law means against corruption crimes. In particular, it is suggested to toughen relevant criminal law norms’ sanctions for the investigated crimes and to foresee a new type of punishment - life deprivation of right to engage in certain activities or position (absolute disability) and include it to the system of punishment of the General part of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation (art. 44 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation).
