The system of national security of the state is the ideal static (institutional) extremely difficult and multilevel system organizationally consisting of the following components (subsystems): objects of ensuring national security; subjects of ensuring national security; than national interests which are formed on the basis of national values (spiritual and material) and the state is more whole; destructive forces in the form of risks, calls, dangers and threats to national interests; cumulative power of the state (its potential of national security) in the form of the bodies, forces and means providing realization of national interests and protection of national property against possible damage; standard and legal base (system of legal regulation) formalizing the principles, forms and methods of ensuring national security. Citizens and society in general, being subjects of safety, render all possible necessary assistance to the appropriate government bodies when overcoming of threats of national security by them, and the state in turn provides them all necessary legal and social protection according to the national legislation and norms of international law.
