In article, on the basis of studying of practice of identification, the prevention, suppression and disclosure of crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity, the possible directions of interaction of operational and investigative divisions of territorial authorities of internal affairs and law-enforcement bodies on transport are considered. For improvement of activities for providing economic security of Russia it is offered possible to bring the corresponding adjustments in the departmental normative legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Namely: to assign to divisions of law-enforcement bodies on transport an obligation for fight against the economic crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity made in the organizations irrespective of their location, form of ownership and departmental subordination and occupied in the specified sphere. It will allow not only to minimize intervention of operational divisions of law-enforcement bodies in the sphere of commercial activity, allowing only reasonable and clear actions, thereby well to influence enterprise climate in the country and to form positive image of police officers of Russia. Same will aim divisions of law-enforcement bodies on transport at fight against economic crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity, will allow to exercise effective control and supervision of this direction of work.
