In the article are reviewed particular questions about training of judicial experts in the countries of the European Community. Occurring integration processes in the world, a participant which is Russian Federation, affected not only economic sides of the community, but also questions of the joint fight against the crime, the need for which is caused by a great number of crimes, which are committed by the international criminal communities in the territory of the European countries [1]. These and other multilateral relations are caused by the need to develop the foreign experience of training the expert staff and the use of special knowledge during disclosure and investigation of crimes. Intergovernmental agreements on the issue of cooperation in the law enforcement sphere with the countries of EU provides compliance of the international standards ISO/IEC 17025 (ГОСТ Р ИСО/МЭК 17025) и ISO/IEC 17020 (ГОСТ Р ИСО/МЭК 17020) applied to judicial expert researches, also adaptation of the international leading document ILAC-G19:2002 on accreditation of the judicial expert labs to norms of the federal and the procedural legal system of the Russian Federation, which regulate assignment and production of the judicial expertise. Besides that, for the judicial expert offices of Russia and the countries that consist in Euro-pean Union topical is conformity of the use of special knowledge during disclosure and investigation of crimes, to demands, that supervene from the article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights [2]. The progressive development of the domestic law and the russian procedural system is impossible without clear view about the global trends and the understanding of positive experience accumulated in other countries. Thus a great importance acquires study of foreign experience in the area of expert practice at this stage during the reformation of educational system of the state.
