Abstract (English):
The article is considering the problem of the use of terminology as a method of mind control. The manipulation of consciousness is the oppression of the individual, one of the ways of domination and suppression of the will of the people by influencing them through the programming of their behavior. The manipulators do not need any tools other than the means of communication. In the world is allocated a special world of words - the logosphere. Language as a system of concepts and words is seen as the primary means of manipulation. With the development of social relations, a new conceptual-categorical apparatus, which is quickly mastered manipulators for impact on public consciousness. This takes into account the existing value of words recognized by the majority of the people of this linguistic community, the so-called lexical meaning (dentaria), and secondary associations of the word, shared by representatives of this community (connotations) that are subjective and emotional in nature. Also reveals the hidden signs of manipulation of public consciousness: repetition, fragmentation, cover authority.
