The illegal organization and carrying out gamblings (Art. 171.2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) is a consequence of commission in mercenary interests of considerable part of the crimes possessing signs of corruption. These crimes can be carried to economic crime where high profitability of a gaming predetermines communication of crime with institutes of social control. Counteraction illegal the organization and the carrying out gamblings made owing to corruption crimes can strengthen, using, including, the main paradigms of institute of partnership which is capable to expand possibilities of fight against «bribery» significantly. The available and constantly extending jurisprudence about fight against corruption in law-enforcement system evident to that confirmation. Estimating jurisprudence on cases of bribery and of other corruption crimes, it would be desirable to note that at qualification of the illegal acts connected with the illegal organization and carrying out gamblings made owing to corruption crimes, government bodies not fully use the existing criminal and legal tools. From it there are mistakes in qualifications of these acts and shortcomings of practice of fight against crime.
