The article examines various views on criminal law norm which is determined differently: some authors interpret this concept anyway as rules of behavior; others consider this concept in a more wider aspect as state-authoritative obligatory decrees expressed in established norms and rules of behavior; some authors suppose that order of the Criminal Law General Part is a fixed structural element (sub-element) of criminal law norm or connected therewith norm structural element (sub-element) of the other branch of law within specific thesis, item of article part or part of article of Criminal Law General Part. It has been concluded that criminal law norm is social-theoretical provision, stipulated by a specific article ( in case it is divided into parts, items or both parts and items then in the part, item or part and item of the article) of the Criminal Code General Part, relating to totality or separate essential features (attributes) of a crime or punishment or criminal law in general; or expressed in criminal law norm type of crime (corpus delicti (of separate, particular crime) isolated in disposition and sanction of specific article of Criminal Law (in case it is divided into parts, items or both parts and items then accordingly in the part, item or both part and item of article) the system thereof ensures permanent influence on social guarded and regulatory Criminal-law relationship and in case of crimes commitment it ensures execution of obligations as to the subject of Criminal law relations.
