The issue of the article under review concerns the content discovering of the procedure of accented motive dexterity development of cadets and students at high schools of MIA of Russia who study the subject „Law protection activity“. Though this physical attribute exerts a defining effect on the quality and physical actions training duration as well as their perfection, the definition „motive dexterity“ and the content of the methods on its development and training are so far insufficiently discovered what makes difficulties for the educational process targeted towards the policemen education as well as successful and effective solution of operational and battle tasks set. Based on theoretical analysis, review of scientific research carried out by native and foreign specialists as well as results of educational experiments made by own efforts the authors developed and presented the procedure of accented motive dexterity development of cadets and students at high schools of MIA of Russia that includes the content, means and methods used in the subject „Physical training“. Due to the presented method content it is possible to improve the professional and applied physical training skills of MIA’s employers studying various educational programs by means of competences forming required.
