In recent years development of society in many respects is defined by introduction to all spheres of his activity of the latest information and telecommunication technologies. The wide circulation of infocommunication systems, their prompt updating and improvement promote development of strong, highly productive technologies of information processing. The operational search science can't but pay attention to the specified processes, has to study in details them as they essentially influence not only ways of obtaining quickly significant information, but also change of nature of the most operational search activity. Now operational search events on the Internet in this or that form are more and more actively held practically by all subjects of operational search activity. Along with positions of operational search science regularities of reflection in network resources of quickly significant information, feature of her detection, receiving, check and fixing are studied. Meanwhile it is possible to notice that the main vector of an intensification of obtaining operational search information from simple use of resources of the Internet gradually changes the direction towards processing of large volumes of the unstructured information taken in a digital form from the most different sources which range constantly extends. The data set from various sources allows to obtain information in the volume sufficient to characterize the studied object from various parties. At the same time process of extraction of the required information of various sources created with use of the digital technologies which are quite often constructed on the different principles and often untied among themselves is rather difficult. The real research is devoted to the solution of this problem.
