FORMATION OF THE EDUCATION POLICE SYSTEM IN GREAT BRITAIN

Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to the formation of the original British police education system. The purpose of the article is to give the reader some information on the basic facts and events concerning emergence of the first English police academies and colleges. The article is reported in detail about Names and surnames of figures, founders and organizers of various types of educational institution for training of law enforcement agencies. In text is presented own, developed by the author periodization of development of system of preparation of Britain police forces, it shows the historical and national-cultural uniqueness of police training models in Britain. Respectively, in work are shown specifics of police service in England for the XVII-XX century. Development of police education is presented as a result of the struggle of various social and political forces in the country, defending their ideas about the nature of the police service. Much attention is given to characteristic of the main approaches and views on a problem of training and instruction of police during various historical eras.
