JOHANNES ALTHUSIUS'S VIEWS ON THE RELATION BETWEEN POLITICAL SCIENCE AND JURISPRUDENCE IN THE SYSTEM OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Abstract (English):
This article deals with the views of German jurist and political thinker Johannes Althusius (1557-1638) on the relationship between political science and jurisprudence in the system of scientific knowledge. For example, the fundamental works of Johann Althusius «Politics»1603 shows politics as an autonomous sphere of knowledge, along with theology, logic, ethics and jurisprudence. We present the point of view of the policy of independence from law, philosophy and religion, issues of delimitation. Althusius suggested an exclusive, the crucial policy for human life and society as a whole, and the fact that political science does not require additional reinforcement from philosophy and theology. The urgency of this Article is caused, first of all, the role played Althusius in the development of political and legal thought of modern times, have a direct impact on the development of the theory of federalism, and the predetermined weak study of the topic in Russian science. In addition, interest in the ideological legacy of Althusius in modern Russia is determined by the principles of constitutionalism and federalism, which laid the basis of its political system, and trends to improve these institutions. From this point of view, it is in demand experience understanding the ideas proposed Althusius, as part of his theory of the state and law. The main idea of the article is to identify the rules and ways of life that provide the best life for citizens and social cohesion.
