The bills providing restriction of the rights of minors when rendering medical services to them are periodically introduced in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia. In one case - this deprivation of the minor (15 years are more senior), his parents or other lawful representatives of the right of the voluntary choice of refusal of carrying out or carrying out medical examination for establishment of a condition of drug or other toxic intoxication of the minor having visible signs of such intoxication. In another is a compulsory treatment of a drug addiction of minors by means of rendering the qualified medical care by the relevant medical organizations when on the minors sick with drug addiction, the obligation for passing of treatment for drug addiction and (or) medical and (or) social rehabilitation can be by a court decision assigned. The offers on change of existing rules initiated by the legislator hardly correspond to the existing level of development of our society, don't answer the key principles of both the Russian, and international law therefore they can't be accepted and introduced in practice.
