Fighting against organized crime is one of the most difficult and important activities of the law enforcement system. The modern organized crime is characterized by a great number of criminal communities (criminal organizations), an extension of the spheres of their influence as well as new ways of crime committing. The law regulations governing the conclusion of the pre-trial cooperation agreement is one of the measures aimed at fighting against the organized crime and promoting disclosure and investigation of the given crimes. The article deals with tactical peculiarities of the pre-trial cooperation agreement while investigating these crimes. The recommendations on the conclusion of the pre-trial cooperation agreements while investigating crimes include: selection of the persons with whom it is expedient to sign agreements, tactical peculiarities of their conclusion and features of criminal cases allocation into separate proceedings against the accused with whom concluded a pre-trial cooperation agreement.
