In 2017 in the criminal procedure code changes, introduced - e-justice. Until 2017 there were no such changes. The aim of the changes is - the creation of electronic documents and forms for the judges. Any citizen can file a complaint or application in electronic form and receive an answer in the same way in a short time. E-justice presupposes the existence of computer hardware and software, but it is a problem for the law enforcer. Not every judge has the knowledge and technology to conduct e-mail correspondence. In addition to the e-justice law is not intended to investigators. The article explains that the investigators carry out more work on criminal cases than judges, so electronic documents for them are more convenient. With these documents, investigators could organize requests and receive responses in a short time, to conduct interrogations and other investigative actions in the remote procedure
