Abstract (English):
The article deals with topical issues of teaching foreign students in educational establishments of higher education of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia. It examines the relationship between traditional forms of education and modern educational technologies, the impact of the use of electronic educational resources on the efficiency of the training of foreign students at various stages of education. The author offers to use the optimal parameters in combination of classical methods and information educational technologies to overcome information dependance on the educational process and probable unfavourable effects of informatization of education.
