In the article we describe the intentional content in the frames of cognitive-discursive approach as the category organizining the content of the text. This content is considered in the position of addresser. The intentional texts are verbalized the specific of the professional mentality. Also the juridical texts represent civil law as the means of social attitudes, law as legal instrument normative act, determine the formation and types of author’s intentions. In the article we represent the analysis of language, speech, discursive means; they correct or change attitude of narratee to posing points, theories, conceptions.
