For the successful performance of operational tasks, law enforcement officers of Russia, including law enforcement bodies, need not only good physical readiness, but also have the ability to master combat combat techniques. In the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the section "Shock and shock protection" is fundamental when students study the discipline "Physical training". However, despite its importance, it remains poorly understood. In order to solve this problem, a technique was developed to teach techniques of punches and defenses against them of cadets and listeners of educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It includes a rational sequence of police training for motor actions, consisting of three stages, each of which has a certain set of physical exercises, various teaching methods and organizational and methodical forms of employment. This methodology is developed on the basis of the analysis of the training process of various types of martial arts, the training of employees of law enforcement agencies, takes into account the specifics of the organization of physical training of cadets and listeners in educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, contributes to the effectiveness of attacking and defensive actions, And protection from them.
